Resource Library

At Wellness Collective, our mantra is this: Self-Care doesn’t begin when the workday ends.

As working hours, technology consumption and industry demands only continue to increase, it’s essential to layer protective and supportive practices directly into the workday and workplace.

When seeking to support yourself or others (perhaps an entire practice or team), it’s important to consider the whole person and a variety of domains of well-being: mind, body, spirit, environment and community.

For this resource library, our intention is to provide tools and recommended reading that support one or more of the following outcomes:

  • Greater Positivity

  • Greater Resiliency

  • Stronger Relationships

  • Improved Health Outcomes

  • Connection to Meaning & Purpose

  • Continuous Growth & Development

  • Experiences of Confidence & Achievement

  • Heightened Passion, Motivation & Engagement

  • Heightened Sense of Belonging & Connectedness

In a time when people are suffering (from distress, anxiety, burnout, insomnia, addiction, obesity, etc.), the goal is to support human flourishing. For better health, greater happiness and improved life satisfaction, taking better care of people (yourself and others) is a non-negotiable – it’s integral. This can be done immediately within the workday, modeling healthy habits for everyone. Whether an office of one or 100,000 – these priorities matter.
