The Summit offers a relevant agenda driven by inspiring industry experts. While information-sharing and insights are an integral part of this and many other conferences, we aspire to make the day highly experiential – so much so that you leave feeling restored, re-energized and ready to re-imagine what a well workplace looks and feels like in the months and years to come.

OUR SPEAKERS
Amanda Comstock is a consultant, coach, facilitator, and multi-modal artist. Owner of Empowered Learning by Design, she supports organizations and individuals with coaching, holistic teamwork, and sustainable strategy and learning development. She has expertise in leadership, belonging and culture, team dynamics, and sustainability, which she sees as all having the same root. She uses an experiential and embodied approach to faciltiation, with a focus on creativity and collaboration. She holds a Master’s Degree in Science in Positive Organizational Development (MSPOD) from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University in English and Eastern Religion (2004). She is Somatic Movement Educator (rSME), trained in the School for Body-Mind Centering® (2018).
Zach Yocum is an internationally recognized coach and facilitator, having led programming for participants on 6 continents. He brings nearly 20 years of Nonviolent Communication experience to his work in supporting groups and individuals to develop more effective and authentic communication, empathic leadership, conflict resolution, and self regulation skills. He leads frequent community trainings, and offers specialized programming for organizations and teams. He is the owner of Enhancing Harmony, LLC.
Katy Tombaugh is passionate about staying inspired and evoking that in others so that everyone wins – the business, the culture and most importantly, the people. She finds joy in ideation and exploring what’s possible. This manifests in an ability to consult and lead organizations toward positive, sustainable shifts in their approach to employee health and well-being. Her work has taken her into Fortune 500 businesses, non-profits, and schools both public and private. Katy speaks and teaches weekly to a global audience and loves every moment of it. With a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from the Ohio State University, Katy’s primary areas of interest and professional development have been focused on positive psychology, motivation, behavior modification, spirituality and neuroscience related to mind/body connection. She’s also earned numerous certifications in tobacco treatment, behavior change, nutrition, fitness, yoga, and health coaching. Katy serves in various board and committee roles and focuses much of her volunteering on fundraising to benefit innovative and inclusive educational initiatives, family fitness and feeding families at Thanksgiving. She’s also active with NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners) and is a past board member committed to advocating for women in business to have visibility and equal opportunities. Outside of community and professional passions, you’ll always find Katy on the dance floor or perhaps competing in the ballroom. She’s the proud mom of two beautiful girls and six entertaining cats.
