The following group-based programs are open to anyone (ages 14 and over) in the community and require pre-registration. Follow the links to begin and/or complete your enrollment.


Grief & Loss Support Group (10 Weeks)

Facilitator: Katy Tombaugh

Day/Time: Wednesdays from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m.

Session Dates: April 26 – June 28, 2023

Cost: $249

This 10-week group-based program provides a safe and supportive space to focus on processing and normalizing grief reactions, sharing feelings and stories and equipping you for your grief journey beyond the group. Each week, we will join in community to nourish our bodies with a balanced meal ahead of supporting our hearts and souls with hope and healing.


Group Wellness Coaching – The 30-Day Passion Project

Facilitator: Katy Tombaugh

Day/Time: Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Session Dates: May 4 – 25, 2023

Cost: $99

What would it look like to live life more passionately, pouring yourself into interests and activities that transform your life and others’? This program is dedicated to just this and supports you in making that magic happen.

Over the course of four weeks, look forward to clarifying and cultivating your very own passion project – one that ignites joy, energy and motivation in your mind, body, spirit, environment and community. Together, we’ll explore ways to fuel consistent action day over day – ultimately bringing greater passion your way!

What the world needs now is people who are passionately (and purposefully) living their best lives thus inspiring others to do the same. So don’t delay – register today!


Intuitive Eating Book Study (Eight Weeks)

Facilitators: Katy Tombaugh & Emma O’Keefe

Day/Time: Saturdays from 11 a.m. – Noon

Session Dates: April 22 – June 10

Cost: $159 Plus Cost of Workbook

What is intuitive eating? It’s an approach, with guiding principles, for nourishing a healthy relationship with food. Intuitive Eating is also a comprehensive, evidence-based program that will help you to:

  • Stop feeling distressed about food.

  • Pay attention to hunger and satisfaction cues.

  • Cultivate a profound connection with your mind and body.

Consider joining us for an eight-week group book study that leads you through “The Intuitive Eating Workbook: Ten Principles for Nourishing a Healthy Relationship with Food.” Written by leading experts in nutrition and disordered eating, you’ll learn strategies for increasing awareness and developing a new way of looking at food. As we progress through the principles, you’ll gain tools for adopting sustainable lifestyle practices that support you physically, mentally and emotionally.

Look forward to receiving a study guide with guidance on what to read and complete each week accompanied by weekly 60-minute meet ups to explore the reading and discoveries from the week.


COMMUNITY FIT CLUB [Virtual]

It is possible to get a great workout from the convenience of your home or office, all while staying socially connected to amazing people you may not have met otherwise. Wellness Collective’s Community Fit Club is a membership-based group open to anyone.

We know that group-based workouts are highly effective based on their ability to drive socialization, camaraderie and accountability. Another important variable is consistency. The class schedule we have mapped out for you, along with access to replays of every workout, checks that box too.
