We are committed to living active lifestyles and we empower you to do the same.
Adulting is hard. Yet, if there’s one thing I know, it’s this: when you keep your mind and body in a healthy place, the demands of every day life become far more manageable.
I should know. As the owner of a rapidly growing holistic health and wellness company and a single mom diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, the pressure is real. Yet, so is the opportunity to thrive.
I’m a firm believer that we’re attracted to the very things that we need most in life. In my early 20’s, I was in a very unhealthy place. My mind was filled with limiting beliefs. I was abusing my own body. And my anxiety was at an all time high. Even so, I found myself with a magnetic attraction to health and wellness. Even though I was at my personal worst, there was something in me that refused to give up.
I wanted to change. I needed to change. And I knew, deep down inside, that I could change. I just needed a little help.
I got the help that I needed. I broke through the barriers that held me back for so long. And now I, and my nationwide team of wellness specialists, are committed to helping as many people as possible to do the same through my company, Wellness Collective. Because life is too short to stay stuck.
The truth? Our culture has made healthy living way too complicated. At Wellness Collective, we’re on a mission to simplify everything. To paint a positive picture of what could be for people that can’t see beyond where they’re at right now. To give them the tools and support they need to make it happen while they’re at work—instead of adding another action item to their already overwhelming to do list. And to make the entire wellness experience—dare we say it—a whole lot of fun.
Simple, sustainable solutions that work for everybody. That’s what we share. High-energy, collaborative workplace wellness programs that are so inviting and invigorating that people from farms to high-rises downtown can’t wait to come to work. We create relationship-centered, judgment-free programs that focus on topics like stress management, weight control and smoking cessation for real people, living real lives.
